Dean, a communicator and storyteller, has been invited to be a speaker on creativity and leadership at universities and conferences throughout the country including University of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University, Virginia Union University, Longwood University and the Collegiate School in Richmond, Virginia. His 2017 TEDx talk focused on 'seeing' the breadth of humanity that binds us rather than the social constructs that separate us.
